1. Agreement

By using this website or any Shoshkes Labs app, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use them. Individual apps may add their own terms, shown in the app.

2. Early and test versions

All of our apps are currently in development and unfinished. They may change, contain bugs, or be withdrawn, and test access can end at any time. Please report issues so we can fix them.

3. SmartWallet is not financial advice

SmartWallet suggests which card may earn the most rewards based on the information in your wallet. Card terms, categories, caps and promotions change often and stores can be categorised differently by issuers. Always confirm with your card issuer. You are responsible for your purchases and for paying your balances.

Referral links are optional, always labelled, and lead to third-party sites whose terms apply there. Card names and trademarks belong to their owners and do not imply endorsement.

4. ResearchAgent and research content

ResearchAgent only uses open-access papers it can retrieve legitimately. Extracted methods, gaps and outlines are generated automatically and can contain errors. Check them against the source papers before relying on them in research, publication or decisions.

5. Kotoba Lens and translations

Translations, readings and word breakdowns are machine-generated learning aids and may be inaccurate or miss nuance. Use Kotoba Lens only with manga you have legitimately obtained, and respect the rights of creators and publishers.

6. icdcheck is a review aid

icdcheck helps engineers find likely problems in Interface Control Documents. It does not replace engineering review, and a clean result does not mean a document is correct. You are responsible for handling controlled or sensitive documents under your own organisation’s rules.

7. Smart Job Agent

Job listings and employer information come from third-party sources and may be out of date or incomplete. Fit scores are suggestions, not guarantees. Always check a posting on the employer’s own site before applying, and follow each source’s terms of use.

8. Acceptable use

Do not misuse our website or apps, attempt to break their security, reverse engineer them to harm others, or use them for anything unlawful.

9. Ownership

The apps, this website, and the Shoshkes Labs name and branding belong to Shoshkes Labs. Content you create in our apps stays yours.

10. No warranty and limitation of liability

Our website and apps are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, Shoshkes Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including missed rewards, fees, or decisions made based on app output.
