From keywords to a citation-grounded article outline, on your own machine.
A local-first research assistant. Enter keywords and it searches OpenAlex, Semantic Scholar, arXiv and more, reads the open-access full texts, and finds the gaps across papers before helping you draft an outline.
ResearchAgent is in development. Early testers are welcome.

- 01
Search the literature
One set of keywords searches OpenAlex, Semantic Scholar, arXiv and more, then fetches the open-access full texts it finds.
- 02
Extract what matters
Methods, limitations and future directions are pulled from each paper and synthesized into the gaps across the field.
- 03
You stay in charge
You review the gaps before anything is drafted, and you can pause after each step to edit results and steer the next one.
The details
- Every citation is checked against the papers it actually retrieved
- Rejected papers come with a plain-English reason, and you can restore any of them
- Pause after each step to edit results and steer the next one
- Runs fully local with Ollama, or on the web through Colab with Gemini
